CONDITION - Fair to good condition, blue paper cover with chips and creases to corners and chips and rubbing to spine. A 1cm tear on lower front of spine repaired. A couple small marks on front cover and small tear on back lower corner. Inside has some discolouration and some minor foxing throughout. Corners are bumped and curled a little throughout. Binding tight. No dustwrapper.

DESCRIPTION - The formal investigation ordered by the Minister of Marine into the sinking of the T.E.V. Wahine on 10th April 1968. The inquiry was held at Wellington from 25th June to 1st August 1968.
