CONDITION - Hardback first edition. The book has only the slightest of rubbing and bumping on the top and bottom edges and spine, but the pages are clean and bright, and the binding is very good. There is a little faint browning and a little foxing on the page edging, and a previous owners name on the title page. Dustwrapper is in good condition with some rubbing and bumping.

This book tells the story, and it is a brave one. The Holms had to face and beat keen competition and economic recessions as well as the built-in hazards of wind and weather.
