CONDITION - Hardback (landscape) reprint in black cloth with blue cloth spine repair that now needs repairing. Poor condition. Book has major rubbing and bumping on the top and bottom edges and spine and much of the cardboard boards are showing through. Page edges are discoloured and stained especially the top edge, and the initial advertising pages (with taped hinges) have been removed due to waterdamage. Despite this the binding is ok as the spine has been substantially glued. Book stops at page 462 after the entry for Venezuela in the Addenda, with no back endpaper - this may or may not be the end of the book. No dustwrapper.
